We want you to love your jewelry. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

How to Start a Return

Email sadickabdul1233@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions within 2 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund, no return shipping needed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

A Note on Delivery Times

Some of our products ship directly from our trusted suppliers, which can take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. This does not affect your 30-day return window, which starts when your order is delivered.
